"AS IS" Residential Contract for Sale and Purchase
THIS FORM HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE FLORIDA REALTORS® AND THE FLORIDA BAR
PARTIES: Sarah Lopez and Daniel Lopez ("Buyer"),
and David Kim ("Seller"),
agree that Seller shall sell and Buyer shall buy the following described Real Property and Personal Property (collectively, the "Property") on the terms and conditions of this "AS IS" Residential Contract for Sale and Purchase and any riders and addenda ("Contract"). The Property is sold "AS IS" with no obligation by Seller to make repairs or improvements except as may be specifically agreed.
